New iCompass Landing Page
We have 3 tabs on the right top corner denoting your assessment, journey and profile details. Currently active is the assessment tab where we can have a complete detailed view of the assigned and completed assessments including the basic information of the associate.
Selecting Competency
You have to select the required competency from the dropdown on the left page, which would accordingly show the detailed results of the selected competency.
Completed Assessment Details
In the completed assessment panel as we can note the view result link, this gives us a complete detailed report of the assessment performance. Also the row denotes the assessment count and auto-submit mark, if the assessment had been so. Also a download certificate link is available if allowed by the admin.
Assessment Screen
Here all details regarding the assessment to be taken is available including the essential checkpoints and other significant remarks. Please read and note the essential checkpoints carefully to avoid any unwanted errors. After accepting terms and conditions, proceed by clicking on "Launch" button at the bottom to begin with the assessment.
Navigation Among questions
You can choose to see the "next" or the "previous" question by clicking on its respective button. Do not press the "submit" button until you are done answering all the questions.
Flag
You can now flag a question to review it later by clicking on the "flag" button.
Report a question
You can also report a question in case you find any error by clicking on the "report a bug" button.
Section wise Consolidated Answer Report
This is your consolidated answer report where in the flagged questions are shown with a red flag on the top left corner. The question you are currently answering is in blue, the questions completed and the questions remaining are shown in "Active and Inactive forms" in their respective shades of grey. At any point of time during the assessment you can go back and edit your answer by clicking on that particular question number.
Submitting the Test
Click on the "submit" button to submit the test. The submit button should be the final submit of your assessment.
Your Holistic Report card
This is your report card where in you can view your assessment details and iCompass standing as a whole.
Detailed Analysis Report
You can also view an analysis done by iCompass based on time utilization, difficulty, negative marking impact and a performance comparison based on your result

Here you can have a complete overview of your career journey. The current role is depicted in blue across the journey line along with other respective roles. We also have competency level analysis and other panels shown further.
Competency Journey Based Framework
Competency level analysis shows your comparative assessment score across various levels. You can view the detailed report of that assessment by clicking on the graph bar, and detailed overview about that role by selecting the respective level(L1, L2 etc).
Required Competencies
Select your group role from the dropdown to have a view about the required and current ratings.
Area of Improvement
Different topicwise rating according to your performance in the assessment is shown graphically here. You can also gauge the relevance of the topic through the color coding respectively.
Areas of Strength, Unique Suggested Learnings
The bar graph in shades of green denotes your areas of strength and weakness, which could give you a better idea on which topics to focus. Including to this you also have a suggested learnings area at the bottom of the same page which unique learning mesiums and quick practise assessments.
